October cocktails at Henri IV bar

At the Henri IV bar, every month is an opportunity to discover new creations dreamed up by our bar team.

For October, it’s all about autumn flavors with two original recipes, to be enjoyed in the warm atmosphere of our bar on the first floor of Le Moulin.

Pear & Nut, the October cocktail

Created by our head bartender Rémy, this cocktail pairs Michter’s bourbon with the sweetness of a pear purée and a roasted hazelnut syrup. A touch of lime and chocolate bitters brings balance and character to this indulgent creation.

Jardin Sauvage, the October mocktail

For an alcohol-free break, let yourself be won over by Manon’s creation. A fruity blend of rhubarb purée, strawberry syrup, lime, apple juice and Fever-Tree grapefruit. A fresh and delicate recipe in autumn colors.

Two creations to discover at the Henri IV bar, to extend a dinner, share a moment with friends, or simply enjoy the unique setting of Le Moulin on the Marne.

So, would you rather have Pear & Nut or Jardin Sauvage?
